Fill in a 10-minute form
The link is in your order confirmation. It asks about your store, your ads and what's worrying you.

Give read-only access
About 15 minutes, with guided steps for each platform. I never ask for passwords.

Access I need (all read-only)
- Shopify: paste your 4-digit collaborator request code into the form (Shopify admin > Settings > Users > Security). I send a collaborator request from my Shopify Partner account with limited permissions, and you approve it. You can remove it any time.
- WooCommerce: a REST API key with Read permission only (WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API). The form walks you through it.
- Google Analytics 4: Viewer role on your property.
- Meta: partner access to your ad account and dataset (pixel) via your business portfolio, analyse-only.
- Google Ads: read-only access.
- Klaviyo: a user with a read-only role.
- Optional: Google Tag Manager (Read), TikTok or Pinterest, if you use them.
My promise
If I don't find at least three things worth fixing, you get a full refund and you keep the report. And if you change your mind before you've given access, I'll refund you in full.
Questions
Do I really not need a call?
Really. Everything happens by form and email. If something's unclear, I'll ask in writing.
Will you change anything in my store or ad accounts?
No. Access is read-only and I place no orders. Fixes only happen if you ask me to do them, and they're scoped and priced in writing first.
Which platforms does it work with?
Shopify or WooCommerce, with Meta and Google ads and Klaviyo email. Something else? Email me first and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it.
What's a "thing worth fixing"?
An issue I can show you evidence for that's likely costing you sales, wasting ad spend or making your numbers wrong. Each one is listed in the report with what it's affecting.
We already have an agency. Is that a problem?
Not at all. The report is written so any agency or developer can act on it.
What about privacy?
I only look at what's needed for the check, I don't export customer details, and I delete working files 30 days after your report is delivered. The full detail is in my privacy policy.
Can you promise our numbers will match exactly?
No one honestly can. Ad blockers, consent and attribution models mean platforms never match perfectly. I'll tell you what gap is normal and what isn't.
