McKee Creative

Your entire marketing department.
One strategist. Eleven AI agents.
$5,500 a month.

Done-for-you paid ads, email, SEO, and content — executed daily, not monthly — for ecommerce brands that make useful or beautiful products.

For context on the broader Australian market and how different agencies position their retainers, see the overview on marketing agencies in Australia. That comparison shows where automation fits and where it doesn’t.

30 minutes. No pitch. We’ll look at your data and tell you what we’d do.

You don’t have a marketing problem. You have a coordination problem.

Your ads person doesn’t talk to your email person. Your SEO audit from three months ago is sitting in a Google Drive folder you haven’t opened. Your content calendar exists in theory. Your analytics say something, but nobody’s translating it into decisions.

You’ve probably tried a few things. An agency that charged $8K a month and delivered PDFs. A freelancer who was great until they disappeared. ChatGPT for product descriptions that sounded like they were written by someone who’d read about your industry on Wikipedia.

Maybe you signed up for SEMrush or Ahrefs at $200+ a month, stared at the dashboard for twenty minutes, and quietly closed the tab.

None of it stuck. Not because you did it wrong, but because disconnected tactics don’t produce compounding results. Systems do.

One system. Everything connected. Running every day.

McKee Creative runs on a proprietary AI system — one human strategist directing eleven specialised AI agents. Each agent handles a specific function: strategy, SEO analysis, SEO execution, paid ads, email, content, editorial, financial monitoring, and more.

The difference between this and “we use AI” is the same as the difference between having a toolbox and having a workshop. The agents don’t operate in isolation. They share data, respond to what’s actually happening in your business, and execute every single day.

Your sales data on Monday informs your email strategy on Tuesday. A trending search term on Wednesday becomes a blog post by Thursday. A drop in ROAS on Friday triggers a creative refresh before the weekend. That’s not a marketing calendar. That’s a marketing nervous system.

What’s included — all of it, every month

Paid ads management (Meta + Google)

Campaign strategy, audience refinement, creative testing, bid optimisation. AI handles the volume; I approve every major change. Because “let the algorithm figure it out” is how you wake up to a $400 spend on an audience of bots in rural Pennsylvania.

Email marketing and automation

Welcome sequences, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase upsells, win-back campaigns, weekly sends. All built on your live sales data — not a template from January. The AI adjusts subject lines, timing and offers based on what’s actually converting right now.

SEO — technical fixes, content, and monitoring

Broken links, metadata, schema, page speed, alt text — flagged and fixed daily, not audited quarterly. Just yesterday, the AI team fixed 507 broken links and improved metadata across 48 collections for a new client. One day. That’s their SEO healthier, which means their organic rankings improve, which means their organic sales improve. No expensive SEMrush or Ahrefs subscriptions required — our AI handles all of it.

Content creation and repurposing

Blog posts targeting what people are actually searching for this week. Social content. Product copy. Landing page updates. All produced by AI agents, reviewed by a human who understands your brand voice and your customers.

Daily sales monitoring

Not a dashboard you’ll never check. Actual daily monitoring that feeds into every decision — what to write, who to email, where to spend. Your marketing responds to your business in real time, not on a monthly reporting cycle.

Reporting and strategy

Transparent reporting that tells you what happened and what it meant — not just what we did. Monthly strategy calls. A dedicated communication channel for when you need something. Proactive recommendations so you never have to chase updates.

The maths on $5,500 a month

To assemble what you’re getting here by hiring separately, you’d need:

Paid ads manager$2,000–$4,000/mo
Email marketing specialist$1,500–$3,000/mo
SEO specialist$2,000–$5,000/mo
Content writer$1,500–$3,000/mo
SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)$200–$500/mo
Someone to coordinate all of themYou, apparently

Conservative total: $7,200–$15,500/month, plus your time managing it all. Or: $5,500/month, completely handled. And none of those individual hires are talking to each other. The system is.

Real numbers from real clients

I’m not going to invent a fictional case study with a tidy percentage. Here’s what I will tell you:

10.9×

ROAS on paid campaigns

$18 → $1,440

Single campaign result

30–50%

Typical year-one revenue growth

I’m happy to walk you through specific examples on a call — with context, not just cherry-picked numbers. If your marketing agency isn’t being honest with you on the sales page, what are they doing with your ad budget?

How it works

1

Strategy call

We look at your store, your data and your goals. If we’re not a good fit, I’ll tell you. Life’s too short for bad client relationships.

2

Onboarding

We connect your platforms — Shopify, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, your email system — and activate the AI agents on your accounts. This takes days, not months.

3

Daily execution

Content, SEO fixes, email campaigns, ad optimisation — every day, not once a month. You get transparent reporting that tells you what happened and what it meant.

4

Results compound

Month one is setup. Month two you see movement. By month four, the system is learning your business faster than any human team could. By month six, you wonder why you ever did it any other way.

This is for you if

Good fit

You run an ecommerce brand doing $20K+ monthly revenue. You make a product that’s useful or beautiful. You want marketing handled properly so you can focus on your business. You’re tired of managing freelancers, chasing deliverables, and wondering what’s actually working.

Not a fit

You want to approve every social post before it goes live. You need results in two weeks. You’re looking for the cheapest option. You sell something that makes the world worse. No judgement on the first three — we’re just not the right partner for that working style.

Questions you’re probably thinking

“Is the content actually good, or does it read like AI?”

Every piece of content is produced by AI agents that have been trained on your brand voice, then reviewed by a human strategist. The goal is content that sounds like you on your best day — not content that sounds like a language model on its default settings.

“What if I’m already running ads? Do I have to start over?”

No. We audit what’s working and what isn’t, keep the good campaigns, and improve or replace the rest. No burning it all down for the sake of ego.

“Is there a lock-in contract?”

Three-month minimum commitment, because the system needs time to learn your business and produce compounding results. After that, month-to-month. Most clients stay because the results make leaving irrational, not because a contract forces them to.

“$5,500 is a lot for a small business.”

It is. And it should be, because cheap marketing is the most expensive mistake a growing brand can make. You’ll spend $5,500 on a bad agency in two months, plus three months recovering from whatever they broke. This is an investment that compounds — clients typically see 30–50% revenue growth in the first twelve months. Run the numbers on what that’s worth for your business.

“Do I need to pay for SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs?”

No. Our AI team handles keyword research, competitor analysis, technical audits and rank tracking. That’s $3,000–$5,000 a year in tool subscriptions you don’t need.

“What about ad spend?”

Ad spend is separate — you pay it directly to Meta and Google, so you always have full visibility and control. We recommend a minimum of $2,000–$3,000/month in ad spend to give the system enough data to optimise effectively, but we’ll discuss what makes sense for your business on the strategy call.

Who’s behind this

I’m Jo McKee. I’ve been running McKee Creative since 2017, which in digital marketing years makes me ancient. I work with ecommerce brands in Australia and the US from the Whitsundays, Queensland — which sounds like a holiday but is actually just where the Starlink is.

The model is deliberately lean. I built the AI system myself. I know every agent, every workflow, every decision point. There’s no account manager between you and the person who actually understands your marketing. That person is me.

I take on a limited number of clients because the system only works when I have the headspace to think about your business properly. If the roster is full, I’ll put you on the waitlist and be honest about the timeline.
