If Agent-Ready Shop isn't right for your store, use our withdrawal form or email grow@mckeecreative.store within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't have to give a reason, though we'd love to know why so we can improve it. Once we've refunded you, your licence key is switched off.
Forgot to cancel?
If your subscription renews and you didn't mean it to, email us within 14 days of the renewal date and we'll refund that renewal in full. We also email you at least 30 days before every renewal, so it shouldn't come as a surprise.
How refunds are paid
We refund the card you paid with, in the currency you paid in, usually within 5 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it, and currency conversion by your bank can make the amount differ slightly.
Buyers in the EU and UK
If you buy as a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a legal 14-day right to cancel. This guarantee covers it in full: use our online form, withdraw from contract here, or email us within 14 days of buying and we refund everything you paid, including any tax, within 14 days. You don't lose it by downloading or using the plugin. If the plugin isn't as described, your local consumer law also gives you the right to a fix, a price reduction or a refund after the 14 days. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the plugin or our service has a major failure, you're entitled to a refund, even after the 14 days. This policy is in addition to those rights, not instead of them.
