Who we are

What you're buying
A yearly subscription that gives you, for the number of sites you paid for: a licence key, plugin updates, and email support for the Agent-Ready Shop for WooCommerce plugin, for as long as your subscription is active.
The plugin's code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, like WordPress. Your subscription pays for updates, support and the licence key service. These terms don't limit your rights under the GPL.
Prices and tax
- Buyers in the United States pay in US dollars: US$99 a year for 1 site, or US$229 a year for up to 5 sites.
- Everyone else pays in Australian dollars: A$149 a year for 1 site, or A$349 a year for up to 5 sites.
- Australia: prices include GST, and your receipt is a tax invoice.
- Everywhere else: the price at checkout is the total you pay. It includes any VAT, GST or sales tax we have to charge where you are. Your bank may add its own currency conversion fee.
- If you're buying for a business, add your ABN, VAT number or other tax ID at checkout so it appears on your tax invoice.
Sites
A "site" is one WordPress installation at one web address. You can move a licence by removing the key from the old site and entering it on the new one. A staging copy of a licensed site can use the same key for testing.
Renewal, reminders and cancelling
- Your subscription renews automatically every year, so updates and support carry on. You agree to this at checkout.
- We email you at least 30 days before each renewal, with the date and the price.
- You can cancel at any time, online at our billing page (sign in with the email you paid with), or by emailing us. Cancelling online takes a minute and costs nothing. There are no exit fees.
- If you cancel, the plugin keeps working on your site. Updates and support stop at the end of the year you've paid for.
- If you forget to cancel, email us within 14 days of the renewal date and we'll refund that renewal in full.
Price changes
We can change the renewal price only by telling you at least 30 days before your renewal. If you don't want the new price, cancel before the renewal date. It costs nothing. If you miss the email, the 14-day renewal refund above still applies.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, for any reason. See the refund policy.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for your store: your products, prices, shipping, taxes, customer service and the orders placed through it, just as for any other order. You decide which AI assistants get access tokens and whether they can create orders. Keep your tokens private and revoke any you no longer need. Please don't share your licence key beyond the number of sites you've paid for.
AI assistants
AI assistants are run by other companies. We don't control what they say about your products, whether they recommend your store, or whether they keep supporting MCP connectors. The plugin only shares information you've already published on your store. It creates orders that wait for the shopper to pay on your checkout.
Support
We reply to support emails within two business days (Queensland time). Support covers installing, setting up and fixing faults in the plugin. It doesn't cover your theme, other plugins, hosting or custom development.
If we stop selling the plugin
If we stop offering updates and support, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice and refund the unused part of your current year. The plugin will keep working on your site.
When we can end your licence
We can switch off your licence key only if you seriously breach these terms (for example, selling keys or using one key on more sites than you've paid for), and only after we've told you and given you 14 days to fix it, unless the breach can't be fixed. If you didn't share a key on purpose, we'll help you sort it out first.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you're entitled to cancel and get a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value. You're also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure doesn't amount to a major failure, you're entitled to have problems with the service fixed in a reasonable time and, if that isn't done, to cancel and get a refund for the unused portion.
If you live in the EU or UK
These rights apply if you buy as a consumer (not for your business) and live in the European Union or the United Kingdom. They are in addition to everything else in these terms.
- 14-day right to cancel. You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you buy, without giving a reason. The easiest way is our online form: withdraw from contract here. It's linked from the sales page, this page, the refund policy, the thanks page and your invoice, and it's available at all times. You can also email grow@mckeecreative.store or post a clear statement to the address above, for example using the model form below. We'll confirm we've received it straight away by email, showing what you sent and when. We'll refund everything you paid, including any tax, within 14 days of receiving it, to the card you used, at no cost to you. You only need to send your withdrawal before the 14 days end. Downloading, installing or using the plugin during those 14 days doesn't take this right away, and we never ask you to give it up at checkout. Once we've refunded you, your licence key is switched off.
- The plugin must be as described. Under EU digital content rules (Directive (EU) 2019/770) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the plugin and updates must match this description, be fit for purpose and be of satisfactory quality. If they aren't, you're entitled to have the problem fixed, or if we can't fix it in a reasonable time, to a price reduction or a refund.
- Renewals (UK). For a yearly subscription, we'll remind you before each renewal, and you can cancel online at any time in one step through our billing page. If a renewal goes through and you didn't want it, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund it in full.
- Your local law still applies. Choosing Queensland law below doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the consumer laws of the EU, the UK or your US state, or any other law that can't be excluded.
If you buy for business use (not personal, domestic or household use), and the law allows it, our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again (section 64A of the Australian Consumer Law).
Apart from that, to the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits. The same limits apply to both of us.
Privacy and email
We handle your information as set out in our privacy policy. Your licence email and renewal reminders are messages about your purchase. We send marketing emails only if you've agreed, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll email current subscribers at least 30 days before a change takes effect. If a change is worse for you, you can cancel before it takes effect and we'll refund the unused part of your current year.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. This doesn't take away any consumer protection you have under the laws of the country where you live.
